In an age of information, storytelling shapes how society understands itself. This year, Artention invites Ghana’s emerging filmmakers to create bold, innovative films that challenge perspectives and inspire change.With the support of Société Générale Ghana and African Movie Box, Artention empowers young creators to use the power of cinema to explore pressing issues, celebrate culture, and contribute to the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).

Eligibility
Team
- • All members must be between 18 and 31 years old.
- • Crews must include a Writer, Director, Cinematographer, Lead Actor/Actress, and an Editor.
- • Editors must have access to their own editing equipment and software.
- • Teams must include at least 2 female members.
- • Inclusion of persons with disabilities in cast or crew is strongly encouraged.
How to Apply
- • Submit your script and concept.
- • Shortlisted teams will be invited for interviews.
- • Final 5 projects will be selected for training and production.
Script
- • Submissions must explore at least one Artention theme (multiple themes encouraged).
- • Scripts must be original and created for this competition, not previously produced work.
